During the reign of Daoguang in the Qing dynasty, there was a great development, represented by Liu Jinxiang, Liu Laixiang, Liu Yuanxiang and Liu Fengxiang. During the Xuantong period of the Qing dynasty, Liu Xinyue, Liu Jiachen and Liu Tianyou teamed up with Chen Dengyu and Li Gongji made "old pagoda shed" performances popular all over the country. In the middle and late Qing dynasty, Liu Fulu and Liu Menghei set up busking in wuhan, Liu Laixiang's descendants busking in Nanjing and Linfen and Shanxi, while Liu Chengan, Liu mingan and other groups busking in Chongqing during the republic of China.
During the war of liberation, Liu Wencheng and Liu Jinshi had been performed many times in the single Guai and Donggan city for Liu Deng army and the people's liberation army and won a "torch". After the founding of new China, in response to the call of the party and the government, he went to various parts of the province and became the backbone of acrobatic troupes in all provinces, cities and counties, with more than 20 heads and 30 national famous acrobats emerging.
